La Fille et le Chien

As usual a busy saturday, walking dog, paying bills, mowing lawn. Went out  for a run , Managed 23k, about 5 less than I had planned, but 18k on Thursday  and 15 yesterday took their toll I think. Need more time to recover with age I think.

Lizzie thanks you for your kind comments yesterday and here she is again today with Léo. 

And the brilliant Jaques Brel , a sort of hero of mine, singing about dogs and girls.and how dogs are better.... or maybe not....
