New camera

Today was a very exciting day - I picked up our new camera. One of the delights in coming back to the UK is being able to order something and either have it delivered or collect it the next day - the next day!!! The concept hasn't reached Zim as yet and so this is complete luxury. 

Our old camera gave up working properly on day two in Zim, so from then on it's been the trusty iPhone, or not so trust as mine is so old and battered that it doesn't take very good pictures and everything is grainy if the light isn't perfect. 

So, the theory is that from today, pictures should be with the camera and therefore far, far superior.... or that's the idea at least.  The convenience of the phone will almost certainly get in the way at times, but at least a proportion should be better.  Sadly, it won't necessarily improve the composition, but we can but try.
