Friday night curry night

We have been a bit skimping on our tradition of making curry on a Friday night - we don't have the luxury of an Indian takeaway here in the Ntherlands - plenty of Indonesian food but it's not the same as a good ( English ) Indian meal

Vegetarian this week as is a large part of India so easy to find nice recipes
