Contrasts

This would have done for yesterday's Contrast challenge except that I rather like the way the garish colours contrast within lovely old brickwork above which would be lost in B&W.   I also like the contrast between the old modern use and lovely old architecture above. I know some local lawyers had their offices in the building in 1917.  The current use is definitely a sign of the times although pawn brokers were in business in 1898 so perhaps nothing has changed after all.

Quick snap between coming out of the CAB and rushing home to let in the plumber having spent 2 hours yesterday cutting back brambles to locate the hatch to the tap that allows the water to be turned off outside the house
