Not so peaceful

The pair of collared doves behind the flats are obviously unaware that their kind are seen as symbols of peace. They've spent the last few days mercilessly bullying the stupid young magpies. It seems that each time a magpie alights on the garage roofs or in one of the nearby trees one or other or sometimes both the doves will dive at it and drive it away. Of course you'll have to take my word for all of this as I've yet to have the camera to hand and the window open at the right time to record these displays of wanton aggression.
