Time to change the tattered state flag

I fly the US flag and underneath the Pennsylvania State flag. 
It was looking a little tattered and decided to replace it with one that I had bought a few months ago. 
I buy from a place in PA that only supplies flags made in the US.
Take note the the mane on the horse is a different graphic. 
Which is the real graphic? Maybe both are wrong. I'll have to do a little research on this one.
