Eucryphia

I've loved this plant ever since the one in the garden of our flat suddenly bloomed after doing nothing in the years since we'd moved in. When the whole bush is covered with these delicate flowers it's stunning. I put one into our current garden a year ago, but it wasn't hardy enough to survive the winter.
