Yellowstone petrified trees

Started the day with a visit to the lower Yellowstone falls, (see extra) and some wonderfully calm lakes and morning mists. Spent the rest of the day exploring more pools, watching Old Faithful erupt, and ending it at the fabulously coloured Morning Glory pool. The petrified trees were close to the Morning Glory pool, and I particularly liked the way the steam from a geyser was adding a misty feel to the picture.
