What a mess!

Due to the increase in litter and dog mess the primary school is fencing off its playing field. It makes up a third of the recreational ground in the centre of the village. Since the creation of the village and its school it's always been open for public use. I can understand their reasons but it seems a shame more wasn't done in warning the park's users of what could happen.
