What happened today

The morning was very foggy until after 11 a.m. so I was afraid that it would be late in the afternoon before it would be dry enough for harvest. The combine arrived at 1 p.m. and to my surprise the moisture was already at the level where it was at lowest on Tuesday.

The heifers had finished the bale I brought them yesterday in 24 hours, so we had to move them. Didn't want to do it in the morning though because of staff shortage. In the afternoon there were still only three of us, but the heifers now understand that they are moved to a better paddock and behaved well.
