Getting dark

Took this on my way home this evening in Jewry St (Winchester) as it was getting dark.  Sort of reminded me not just that days are drawing in, but also what a dark date this is in the Western calendar and how long it will remain so.

Thank you all so very much for your stars and hearts that put my yesterday's still life in the popular pages.  I am well chuffed and very grateful.

Oh, and I should have said - notowennewitt is hosting (with encouragement from me) a new challenge: Allotment Sunday.  So this Sunday take an allotment related subject, tag it AT02 and help us get this one off the ground (or should that be 'in the ground'?)
