Bordeaux Quay!

The briefest of visits, en route. First up, Redcliffe Church, only because it was right at the bus stop. And of course, there was a huge history, stained glass, impressive ceilings: but down at the apse there was a fantastic, jaw-droppingly inspiring exhibition called, 'the F word.' All about forgiveness - and illustrated by some pretty tough real life examples. Most thought provoking.
Afterwards, it was on to the Arnolfini, as recommended by Toots, to see an exhibition by Richard Long and then over to Bordeaux Quay to sit in the sun and enjoy some healthy scran - macaroni cheese and chips. It's just like being at home. Yep that good.
And then a train to the seaside! The tide was so far out that the sea was just distant brown strip, and I never even got an ice cream. Tomorrow I shall make amends.
