A shot in the dark - Beech tree trunk -  with an ancient flashgun. Left Blip hunting a bit late again, so hauled out the flashgun bought circa 1983(!). Still works fine, though a tad overexposed here - more likely User error than any equipment issue. Should've taken spare batteries, as after doing a test flash to check it was working okay, it only just managed to charge up again for this shot. It refused to work for the digital effort that followed. Deployed an LED cycle light for that.
