Climbed 170 steps up a spiral staircase to get this view standing under the spire at Wakefield Cathedral which is the tallest spire in Yorkshire, at 247-foot (75 m)


The spire is also the tallest structure in the City of Wakefield the Cathedral was designated a grade I listed building on 14 July 1953.
