Getting the sparkle back

By DomesticGoddess

Time for an ice cream...

...or a nap.

At the Book Festival again with Chrispics. In the morning we heard Alison Case who wrote Nelly Dean, a re-imagining of life at Wuthering Heights through the eyes of the Earnshaws’ loyal servant, speaking to Tracey Chevalier. After lunch in the garden we heard Salena Godden and William McLellan speaking about growing up int he Seventies. All very enjoyable. Sadly it was then time for Chrispics to leave, but we had packed a lot into the last few days.
