The Ram

It was tipping down this morning, so the long walk wasn't going to happen. We decided on a quick trip to Moffat to get supplies - a very nice looking sirloin roasting joint and a trowel for our planned bit of guerilla gardening tomorrow. Than back to the pad to eat what would have been the picnic were the weather not so shitty. I also managed a bit of work before a couple of swifts in the pub. Not a bad day in the end.

The ram was given to Moffat in 1875 by a local trader, William Colvin to commemorate the wool trade. Apparently it has no ears and never did have any.
