Unexpected weather in MELBOURNE

Sunshine all round in MELBOURNE today :-)
This blip is on Port Melbourne and there were many sunshine seekers about. Infact, I am not surprise at getting a sunburnt after walking along the beach for a couple of hours. The locals assured me today is an abnormal weather condition for MEL spring.
