Holidays day 3 - travelling

Arrived in Frankfurt last night - very hot and pouring with rain. Our hotel was located within the airport/train station complex so thankfully we didn't need to venture out into the rain. Hotel was lovely - especially when we didn't pay for it! Thank you Hilton points!!

Back on the road today. Now sitting in the business class lounge, waiting on our flight. Lots of lovely food and drink to help ourselves to - what does Lyall come back with? A bowl full of plane shaped gummy sweets. Ever the grown up!!

Frankfurt airport is everything you'd expect - very clean, modern and efficient. It is also full of dogs! Lots of people here are travelling with their pups. We spotted a beagle which was lovely, but it just wasn't as cute as Coco (hi Coco and all our pups!).

Hopefully a smooth flight and all these rain clouds don't prove too bumpy. I don't like the bumps!

Back to the yummy gummy planes....
