Roald Dahl day

It's been a gorgeous late summer day today so you would think I would have found plenty of blip opportunities....but no! Madam had homework to finish off and I have had a clothes sort out to get the winter clothes washed and dried while it is fine.

Would have been nice to get out for a walk but I have enjoyed an at home day - bit of gardening, pottering about and a roast dinner. And finally managed to relax a bit

So for a blip - I read this morning that it is Roald Dahl day, would have been his birthday. This is Charlotte's favourite Dahl book, with pop up pages, so I borrowed it this evening. Used to be one of my favourite stories too!

Weekend has gone too fast. Shouldn't wish my life away but roll on Friday!
