 Last day of the fabulous diana sanford workshop here in Baddeck!  What an amazing experience the whole thing was....4 days of letting go of all expectations...not so easy to do it turns out!!! 

This is the final painting that 6-7 of us did together with Diana....just jammin with each other, moving to the music - giving space and just responding to what you saw on the paper!

The group was amazing...what a great melding of different personalities and lovely souls!   What took Diana and I almost 5 hours to set up was stripped down and put away in an hour with the all the help from others!

The extras are:  Jane and Art jammin, the whole lot of us in front of the hall,  and my underpainting that was the basis of the jam session!

One of the most exciting exercises i discovered was sumi ink, gesso, a funny bamboo stick pen and a credit card.....so much fun and totally freeing!

Now it's back to life on the Hill!   I will miss the energy i experienced over these 4 days....being totally present, moving in and out of the experience of letting go!   Even altho we were all exhausted when we got home last night, i felt so recharged and still energized!
