Projects

Partly in payment for allowing us to stay, and partly because we enjoy physical labor (up to a point), we work on various outdoor projects while staying with our son and his wife at their beautiful home in Seattle. During our previous stay, we took down some trees, cleaned gutters, and dug flower beds. This time we completed a rock river for rain runoff - expecting that to happen sometime soon event though Seattle hasn't seen much rain this summer. This morning we brought in the last bags of rock and gravel, and got a little assistance from the happy homeowners, to finish the "river" before heading over to Yakima for the coming week.
