Oktoberfest not in Oktober

The famous one in München is held in midSeptember until the first Sunday in Oktober.  This one is a Just-For-One-Day Saturday Special though.  It might be worth a visit.  We'll see.  I suspect our neighbourhood won't get through 7.7 million liters of beer like they do down south.

My day was interesting.  I got to work at just after 7.  Was invited to a meeting that started at 8, and now I'm acting as a go-between for a company from England and my company.

There's a 5 hour meeting planned for Thursday morning.  I get to act as translator.  The presentation will be in Englisch and if my colleagues need a bit of clarification and can't frame exactly the question they want in Englisch, they'll ask me to ask their question for them.

This will be quite a challenge for my German vocabulary.

I may need a lie down afterwards.
