A Painted Lady Enjoying The Evening Sunshine..

After all the heavy rain all day, I was very surprised to have some sunshine this evening and it was especially good to see this painted lady butterfly enjoying it too.

Mr Kit had a bit of a shock today when as he turned into a street on his way to work this morning a car coming at speed in the other direction swerved to the left ploughing into a property, through the hedge, glancing off a tree and hitting the house..it seems that the driver lost conciousness due to illness while driving. Luckily no one was seriously hurt, but it is frightening to think of what other consequences there could have been..
