Mum's cooking

I called in on my Mum and Dad en route to the Valley this evening. The football may have been disappointing, but the dinner served up beforehand by Mum certainly wasn't! Lamb shank with gravy, mashed potatoes, cabbage and runner beans from the garden. Best food in the world, and in a serving size (with the offer of seconds) that reflected my Mum's belief that I'm too thin! And there was pudding too ...
