Sick Day

Off work today due to sickness, so spend most of the day curled up on the sofa in a blanket burrito feeling sorry for myself. However, did manage some reading and other small tasks in between. 

It's tricky; when I have these (increasingly rare) sick days it's strange to remember that only this time last year this severity of symptoms was my all day every day. I've come so far, so they really do strike me down, but at the same time I'm super grateful of how well-managed I have everything right now and how much support I have. Not gonna lie, I never thought days like this would become this... frustrating novelty.
