Swim run

My daft pal Mel always has some crazy event up his sleeve. The next one is Loch Ghu Loch a swim run competition in and around Loch Ness. Mental. Run in wetsuit, swim with trainers on (and paddles and pull buoy) many times over. I think a combined total of 8km swim and 40km ripoff road running. Rather him than me!
