Always one of the last flowers to bloom.

A trip into town for a haircut for the boy and a new set of "smart" togs for Mr Lif. The rain was bouncing off the ground and still the town was heaving.

At home, the "quick dry" wood preservative we had put down in the utility room proved to be anything but. Cunning and guile had to be used to reach the beer fridge!
