RIP Oscar

Really sad news today from Peter (the man who helps with our garden) that he had to put Oscar down yesterday as he was getting worse by the day!  Poor Oscar, one of the most fun dogs you could know.  We have known him and Peter for nearly 15 years (which makes him around 100 I think in dog years - Oscar I mean not Peter!).  He has not been well for quite some time now - old age I guess but when he was younger he would play a game with a ball which after retrieving it a few times would then drop it at your feet and as you bent down to pick it up he would immediately snap it up himself and then drop it back down again to see how fast you were.  Oscar always won!  The picture above was taken from a collection back in January and I have also included some more in extra photos.  Goodbye Oscar, sadly missed...
