A Three Pear Cake

In gratitude to the lovely neighbours who do so much for
me I have backed a gluten-free Swedish Pear cake. They are of Swedish history. One is on the gluten-free path. So, here are the little beauties. I used three and a half actually but that does not quite ring the title up.


I adapted the recipe from Ruby Tandoh's Pear and Blackberry cake as found in The Guardian (I think). So, right now I will slice out a oiece for myself and bring the rest over to the good neighbours.
