After last nights panic attack and taking a diazepam I woke feeling rather sleepy.
After a few irritating phone calls, and a few trips to the GP I got the prescription from the psychiatrist . On top of the other 14 tablets, I'm now taking one to help with the anxiety.

Had no idea what to blip so I went down to the harbour to get one. Looking at my blips this week, it really shows I go nowhere.
