Rugged Coast

Today we drove out to Stackpole Quay and then walked to Barafundle Bay. Stackpole Quay is a secluded area and Barafundle Bay is a half mile walk away. It's a beautiful beach that never gets too crowded.

Nor'dzin and I continued our walk over the headland where there were wild ponies grazing, razorbills clinging to the cliffs and patches of sea pinks scattered in the grass.

We spent an hour or two there and then wandered back to Stackpole Quay to the wonderful Boathouse Tea Rooms for paninis and cakes.

The good weather is breaking and we've seen the first rain since Saturday, but it has been marvellous holiday.
