Smokin'.

It's not often that I have a Friday evening off from work so I was able to enjoy a perfect late summer's evening out on the balcony smoking a batch of chicken marinaded in tandoori spices.  The smoker obliged by belching out a nice cloud generated by wet pistachio shells and some cherrywood.  I liked the look of the chicken bits covered in the dry spices before adding the yoghurt, so I've included the photograph as an extra.
