Wood's adventures

By Pippilongstock

almost a blip meet

Jen and I went to Gibside together for a walk. It could have almost counted as a mini blip meet, except she forgot her camera. But she did have binoculars, which helped to confirm the presence of red kites flying around above us. It didn't help us to identify which villages  (towns?) we were looking at in the distance.

Although the car park and cafes were rammed, we took a walk around the perimeter and passed only a handful of others on our route.

Adult time which wasn't work or alcohol related...thoroughly rare and lovely.

And I caught the sun.
