Cascade hops

Today was the first day in a while that I have been out in the garden. Unfortunately, it's been a rough summer for us - everything got too hot and too wet and it's left us with a soggy, dying mess.

The only thing that seems to really love all this moisture is our hops - but for some reason, they smell super weak. Because of that, we haven't bothered to harvest them, and some of them have started to turn (like the ones on the lower left).

We haven't decided yet if we will take on a fall garden, or just wait it out and try again next year. Florida weather is rough!
