Four seasons in one day

Walked with Léo, paid the bills, mowed the lawn when the sun  came out and it stopped raining. And then went out my long run - 30k . Which makes for 110 in the last 7 days. Feeling a little tired now. 
And in an hour's time I have to leave to go into work. It's going to be a hard night. Hope I manage to stay awake.
