I photographed to abstraction...

for the better part of this week. This one is the tail of a very large bull trout spawning. They do not die after spawning. This fish was at best estimate close to two feet in length. They are very elusive and you tend to find them wedged 'head in' into log jams in deep pools. Hard to spot...even harder to photograph. When I capture something like this I feel like I am really painting with my camera. Also fit in a two evening artist reception that I had two photographs juried into. You know how I feel
