'Prairie Garden....

.... near Henfield, West Sussex.

Beautiful September day today. The Sussex Prairie Gardens were buzzing..literally... with the sound of thousands of Bees. So many beautiful nectar giving plants and grasses. The gardens are designed to allow the visitor to walk through the beds, brushing through the grasses. People sitting enjoying afternoon tea....very lovely atmosphere. A six acre garden .....,.but again, I only saw three Butterflies! It would seem they are declining...which is a worry!

If anyone wants to visit..the gardens are open until 11th October.
