While the sun shines

Dechreuodd y diwrnod yn wlyb ond roedd yr haul yn disgleirio erbyn deg o'r gloch.  Heddiw yw diwrnod 'Dyn Haearn' yn Ninbych-y-pysgod. Mae pobl yn dod o wledydd dros y byd i nofio, seiclo a rhedeg marathon ar yr un diwrnod.  Roedd llawer o dynion a menywod ffit iawn yn y strydoedd heddiw.  Gwylion ni nhw trwy'r ffenest bwyty tra mwynheuon ni pryd mawr.  Roedd e'n teimlo odd i fwyta llawer o fwyd blasus tra oedd pobl yn rhedeg i fyny'r stryd.  Yna aethon ni i eistedd ar seddau uwchben y traeth lle dymunodd rhywun 'Good Luck Gerwyn'.  Rydw i'n gobeithio gwnaeth Gerwyn yn dda.

The day started wet but the sun was shining by ten o'clock. Today is 'Iron Man' day in Tenby. People come from countries all over the world to swim, cycle and run a marathon on the same day. There were many very fit men and women in the streets today. We watched them through the restaurant window while we enjoyed a big meal. It felt odd to eat lots of delicious food while people were running up the street. Then we went to sit on the seats above the beach where someone had wished 'Good Luck Gerwyn'. I hope Gerwyn did well.
