Woodpecker

The red-bellied woodpecker was at the feeder again today as he often is. 

The extra shows the leaves changing colour on my one dogwood tree although the other two remain completely green.  

It is autumn like in that the time for dragonflies is past and the best of the flowers are gone but the cool autumn weather has still to arrive.  I was out looking for photos to take in a cotton dress and found the sun on my back quite hot.
