Green and pleasant land.

Last week's trip has finally caught up on me and felt really tired today. Worked out we had worked 18/19 hour days and had managed only 19 hours sleep over a six day period, barring quick powers naps on the coach ( we took it in turns).

Went over towards Selby this morning with Mr P as one of the athletes he coaches was running a race. As we returned home l saw this view of part of the Harewood Estate just before a lay bye. We stopped the car and l crossed the road to take this on my l pad. That's all the photography l did.
Have slept a lot for the rest of the day, have woken up to watch Downton, then it's back to bed.
