Actually, you don't need Sherlock to deduce this one, it was Maggie. She walked me to death!

I overdid it a bit on the taking more steps yesterday and took too many! I knew I'd pay for it though and have been pretty sore, stiff and immobile all day today. Made it round the corner to the Post Office (which was shut as it's a bank holiday, curses!) and back but that's been about it. Lots of lying around and napping instead.
