Yet another spider with a sub-optimal number of complete limbs - it's a tough world being an arachnid! I found this hairy and rather muscular little specimen just inside the front door of my block of flats where he appeared to be doing press-ups or some similar exercise. Can't say that I blame him for coming inside as it's been another epically wet day.
