Sloe Gin started.

Good year for sloes. Thought I'd try a different method this year. Normally I wait for a few frosts so I don't have to laboriously prick every sloe.
However this year they are ripe before the frosts so they were individually punctured and introduced to the gin. We will see if the taste is better.
