Gather Round Everybody

This scene reminds me of story time at the nursery.  Called in at Chasewater Country Park on the way home from card class today.  A Canada Goose spotted this woman with bread and began rushing over to her, followed by all his friends.  In no time she was surrounded.  After the bread was all gone she walked up the bank onto the footpath, still followed by an ever hopeful crowd.  We had got visions of her being followed all the way home.
I couldn't resist the extra shot of a magpie.  Not a very good composition, but it shows off the beautiful colours of the birds feathers.
