Crispy

Busy work day today with the term approaching and moving our office at the same time. Still not ready, neither for the term nor moving :-) I made crispy chips out of beetroot leaves before we leave for a weekend in the mountains. I'm going to enjoy this weekend out before a period of intensive teaching, learning, admin and coordination work starts.
