Back home

Thanks to everyone for all your comments,  hearts and favourites that put my lightning shot over Naples in the number 2 popular spot for much of the day.   

It was a last minute decision last night to get the tripod out of the hotel room and shoot the storm when I should have been packing my bag.   

After an early start we spent most of the day travelling but are now back home.  We had to attend our choir AGM this evening when I nearly fell asleep.

This is the back door of our local pub which has a lovely virginia creeper growing round it.  This door used to be an entrance for us as it is right opposite the end of our road but it is now locked and we have to go round the other side.  Not too much of a hardship
