Encounter

Mrs C was keen to visit the The Amazing World of M.C. Escher exhibition at the Modern 2 gallery before it finishes this Sunday and even though Ms H and I are not that cultured, we dragged ourselves along after school/work.

MC Escher did that art with the waterfall falling down and flowing back to itself, and the people walking up stairs round and round... it was actually quite interesting to see how he developed his art from the 1920s through to 1970, and wow what detail.

Obvs there was no photography, but this is Ms H re-enacting Encounter which was her favourite, for some reason... you can view the original here and make your own mind up! It's taken in front of a recreation of another artist's studio.
