Penalty charge notice

It is the responsibility of the driver to take note of the details on the pay and display ticket before placing it on view in their vehicle.

So despite paying my 40pence for 2 hours, I have had to pay the £25 fine because I didn't realise that despite not spitting out the 20p the machine didn't register it so my ticket was only for an hour!

Very annoying but if I'd fought it further and lost it wod have cost me £50! Can't face the stress so I've paid up!
