Autumn begins

Walking through the Museum Gardens in York as the sun began its descent below the horizon and caught the light shining through these leaves. Reset my camera to take best advantage of the light and the opportunity had already gone. The light is fantastic at this time of year and we're set for a week of sunny days for us to get out there and enjoy the September sun.
There used to be a few peacocks in the gardens. Not seen them for a long time now but as I was leaving the gardens came across this chair being loaded into a removal van... (Love the sofa at the back as well.)
