Rules reservoir

It is surprising to see the Rules dam with so much water at the end of the summer.

On the other hand, it is not so strange since they forgot to link the irrigation pipes to this reservoir. The farmers on the dry coast of Granada have been waiting for the authorities to solve this problem for about seven years, in fact since the reservoir was finished.

Another example of  politicians' inefficiency!!
